Spring 2016 Life on the Farm Camp - Connolly Ranch
The kids need something to do for spring break—and Connolly Ranch has a camp full of activities designed to keep them engaged in the outdoors. During our week, the children will take care of the farm animals including the new spring lambs and baby chicks, get creative with arts and crafts, learn about our honeybees and other pollinators, cook with local ingredients, build natural shelters, learn about seed starting in the greenhouse, get their hands dirty in the garden and of course hike and explore the nature trails in Westwood Hills park. Tiger Elite Overnight Soccer Camp - Occidental College Jack Kemp Stadium
The Occidental Elite Soccer clinics will continue its growth in 2016 with an elite camp that will offer players an environment that will help them prepare for the next level, as well as help the staff evaluate players for the upcoming 2016, 2017 seasons and beyond. Come join the Oxy Mens Soccer staff for a great soccer training experience and do not miss the opportunity to highlight yourself among other elite players in front of several college coaches. We will be having several guest coaches from other colleges and universities as well to maximize your exposure. In order to maximize each players exposure to quality coaches, each player will get three practice sessions with three different coaches, in addition to the games, which makes this camp unique among the many others. The elite development camp is a four-day, three-night intensive combination of sessions, exercise, and learning experiences, designed for the top-tier player who is motivated to play at the college level. Winter 2016 Wednesdays: Engineering - REALM Charter High School
Over this 8 week session, girls will apply math, science, and engineering concepts to build a tetrahedron kite and a mouse trap car. Through an understanding of geometry, structures, aerodynamics, velocity, and more, girls will use multiple construction methods and materials to bring their projects to life! Hitter-Setter Camp - Cooper Aerobics Center
A two-day camp where each participant will receive training specifically focused on the skills needed for their position.
