5 days of basketball skills training, conditioning and strength training. During these 5 days the participant will go through various skills training exercises and drills to enhance their ability to play. The participant will train endurance by completing multiple basketball movement drills. Strength will be trained through multiple cardio heavy weight light weight compound movements and plyometric. Things like balance and stability will also be trained within the 5 day period. Vanderbilt Golf Camp - Vanderbilt Legends Club
For boys and girls, ages 10-17, of all skill levels. The price includes meals, housing, golf activities, and a camp amenity package. Each student is evaluated at the beginning of camp to ensure that the juniors of similar ability are grouped for instruction geared to their needs with student/Instructor ratio of no more than 6:1. Morning instruction rotates stations for putting, chipping, pitching, bunkers, full swing, games, and competition. The afternoon session is on-course play with coaches to work on shot selection and course management. At the conclusion of each day, campers will enjoy guest speakers, seminars, a tour of Vanderbilt Universitys campus, movies, field games, and night golf.
