Endless Summer 80's Beach Boot Camp Bash - Ocean City, MD
Come one come all.. the season is almost over and it is time for the locals to have a friendly competition. There will be 4 events to compete in. Teams consist of 4- 6 people and must be even numbered between male and female participants. The biggest attraction will be an inflatable obstacle course set up on the beach! The second event is a tray carry competition on the beach- try not to spill! The third event is our rendition of ski-ball- each person will have 9 mallets to try to score the most points. The final event is a flip-pong competition...2 of our favorite activities mixed into one flip cup and beer pong. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams. There will also be prizes awarded to the best dressed 80's team. Jagermeister and Natty Boh will be sponsoring the event. Mug & Mallet will have happy hour prices all day to keep everyone fed and hydrated!!! The cost is $75.00 dollars a team and proceeds will go to the Ocean City Downtown Association. This is the first year trying this event and we are really looking forward to making it a huge success!

Foothills Adventure - Session 1 - Mitchell Park Community Center (MPCC)
Did you fall in love with Foothills Camp when you were younger? Do you like to explore the land, hike the trails and sleep under the stars? Foothills Adventure is built on the same tried-and-true principles as our Foothills Day and Fun Camps, but developed specifically for middle school aged youth. Longer hikes, more sophisticated games and activities, weekly challenges with Foothills Camp staff...the fun doesnt end with Foothills Day anymore! An overnight on the first Thursday of the session is a must, but Foothills Adventure takes campfires and night games to a whole nother level. NEW IN 2016 - Swimming on the last Friday of camp ends the session on a perfect note. Get ready for a Foothills Adventure you wont forget! Age 7-9, Session 05 - LMSS - A
These 1 or 2 week sessions provide first time sailors aged 7-9 with the basics of sailing in a fun, safe and encouraging environment. Sailors will be using Prams, which are ideal for 2-3 sailors in 1 boat. Students will be taught the points of sail, basics of sailing upwind, downwind and between 2 points, along with sail trim, knot tying and general seamanship. Graduation takes place at the conclusion of each session, and parents are encouraged to come visit the Island and see their young sailors in action. 9524041645.0

Rock Band Camp @ SMCC - San Marcos Community Center
Students will learn how to play basic drum, guitar, bass and piano riffs to various lyric-appropriate (parent-approved) rock/pop songs of their choice. Classes will include ear training, learning to read music notation, instrumental techniques, viewing music video clips for inspiration, and more! No experience necessary, but welcomed! Instruments will be provided to share, but bring any that you have from home. Time will be allotted each day for a snack and water break. A short performance will take place on Friday at the end of class from 11:40-Noon where students will have the opportunity to sing and/or play different instruments for the songs we have been developing throughout the week. 20% sibling discount.
