WPC Annual Youth Winter Retreat - Silver Lake, NY
If God threw a party, would everyone be invited? Would You? Well you are all invited to come on the annual Youth Winter Retreat What if Jesus meant something very different by the concepts of heaven, hell and salvation from how we have been taught and understand them? Pastor Larry DeVuyst will lead us to tackle these questions and more as we work through our retreat study from Rob Bell’s book, Love Wins, for Teens. As always there will be fun games, good food, and time with friends. Complete the retreat form found on WPC website youth page and turn it in to my mailbox with a check for $50 by 1/8. We need a count for food, games and supplies so please reserve your spot soon. Pick up the easy to read book from Pastor DeVuyst to read ahead. Buffalo Canyon Campout - Jr. Teen Camp - Lewistown, MT
Day hikes in the canyon, a trip to Big Timber Waterslides, and paintball are included. Jr. Teen Camp July 18-23 Buffalo Canyon Campout Boys & Girls entering grades 7-9 Cost: Pre-registered by July 11 $155 After July 11 $170 Check-in time: 10am-12pm, Monday, July 18 Registrations available at www.lewtana.com Camp out in Buffalo Canyon for 3 days and 2 nights. Bible classes will take place in the canyon. Additional items to bring: warm clothing, good hiking shoes, a flashlight, and a small backpack. Camp ends with a program on Saturday at 1:30. Thanksgiving Kids Camp - Gonzales, LA
Two day speed and strength camp for athletes 8-13. This two-day camp will be from 8am-11am on Monday and Tuesday. Kids will gain knowledge and participate in Olympic Weightlifting, Strength Training, and Speed Training. Cost is $120 for both days or $75 for one day. Spots are limited to 30 total athletes to ensure one on one instruction from the coaches. Camp CCYT is BACK! Caryl Crane Youth Theatre is pleased to announce GODSPELL as its 2016 summer camp offering! Explore all aspects of the theatre with other aspiring actors who love the stage as much as you do! Camp CCYT is the arts camp that is more than a traditional summer camp. Designed for students ages 10-18, the program is a comprehensive, one-week intensive, in which students get a chance to hone their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. Camp CCYT meets July 18-23, 2015, 9am – 3 pm in the McBride Auditorium on BGSU Firelands College Campus. One performance of Godspell is scheduled for Saturday, July 23 at 10 am. Each student will not only STAR onstage in the production, but also will also contribute to the direction, choreography, set, lighting and costume design of the production. Students will be assigned a mentor from the Caryl Crane Youth Theatre 2016 Staff and will work as assistants on a specific “behind-the-scenes” area of their interest. The Princeton Womens Soccer Summer ID Camp is designed for players entering grades 7-12 in Fall 2016 who have a desire to play collegiate soccer and specifically at Princeton University. Prospective student-athletes will be trained by Head Coach Sean Driscoll and his staff. Players will have the opportunity to work with and be evaluated by the Princeton Womens Soccer staff in a number of different soccer environments including technical training, small sided games, functional training, and full-sided games. Camp training activities will be comparable to the training conducted for the Princeton Womens Soccer Team. Morning sessions will consist of technical training and small sided game that work on speed of play and decision making within the game.
