Adventure Camp is back for 2016! This camp is for you if you enjoy activities like mountain biking, rock climbing, canoeing, surfing, volleyball, and miniature golf. We will be headed to the beach every week. Other destinations on the schedule may include the zoo, laser tag, tubing and water parks! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: If cancellation is made prior to April 15, 2016, a full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be made. Cancellations from April 16- June 15, 2016 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after June 15, 2016 will receive NO refund. LOCATION Cook Gym - Annex

Activities include: badminton, basketball, baseball/softball, football, golf, hockey, tennis, soccer, and volleyball. Also included are a variety of games that enhance speed, agility, and hand/eye coordination. The Great Race with LEGO® Bricks - Bethel Christian Center
Weve got a week to design motorized vehicles with LEGO® components that will take us around the globe in record time. Our projects and destinations include: •A speedy train to travel across the USA •An ultralight plane to fly from New York to Paris •A dunebuggy to race from Paris to Moscow •A dogsled to travel across eastern Russia •A sailboat to cross the Pacific and get to the finish line Students build motor-driven vehicles with LEGO® components, customize their projects and run them on missions. Our class keeps an eye on how our virtual race opponents are doing, and answers questions together at the end of each leg to gain extra mileage or place roadblocks to slow down the competition. This is a fun way to develop new building skills. Students learn how different vehicles work, how the size and placement of gears affect their projects power and speed, how pulley belts are used to transfer motion, how to make a trailer for vehicles, how wheels and axles work, and other science and engineering concepts.
