Where Will My Child Sleep at Summer Camp?
Different camps have different types of accommodations. Some groups have kids sleeping in well-ventilated cabins whereas others have air-conditioned dorm rooms. Bathrooms could be in cabin or in a nearby wash house. There are also programs that have youth sleeping in tents outside. An organization’s mission often dictates the sleeping arrangements. For example, a 4-H or Girl Scout group may want campers to be outdoors to learn important survival skills whereas an academic camp may want youth inside so they can focus on their work.

Kids looking for something to do during Winter break?!? Great news!! We have camp everyday!! Today's camp is a Clay project: Winter theme mobile. Camp is from 10-1, for ages 8+, and is $35. This event is a week full of advanced training. We will be sparring, breaking boards, doing advanced self defense, leadership and communication skills. Camp dates: July 27th - July 31st Cost: $249 for 1st, $225 for 2nd, 3rd + FREE This event is open to all students regardless of program.

Summer Day Camp - Marquette, NE
Is your child excited about camp but not quite ready to spend the night? Good news! Timberlake offers Day Camp every Wednesday of regular camp for children from Kindergarten to 5th Grade. Each Day Camp offers a rotation of different typical camp activities. We provide lunch for every camper, and they are put into small "cabin" groups, always in the care of our trained staff. NOTE: Preregistration for Day Camp is not necessary. If you wish, you can simply register and pay when you arrive at camp. Schedule 8:40-9 am - Check in (Follow the signs!) 9:30-11:30 - Rotation of games, camp activities 11:30-12:30 - Lunch and change for swimming 12:30-3:00 - Boats, swim time and camp store 3:00-3:30 - Bible Time with the camp pastor 4 pm - Pick up time What to Bring Wear clothes that can get dirty and muddy. Swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen for the lake. Water bottle. Optional: Snack money for the camp store (lunch is provided).

FR 4:30P-5:30P Adventures in Art History All Ages Pam Miles - Beach Art Center
April 22,29,May 6,13 & 20 We have explored Cave Painting, Egyptian Tomb Painting, Vase Paintings from Crete, Greek Columns combined with self portraits as Roman Senators, Byzantine Mosaics and Romanesque Book Art. This winter we will be finishing up Romanesque Book Art and starting Gothic Stained Glass Windows. The students will be designing a stained glass window using paint and focusing on their favorite person, place or thing as the subject. From there we will be doing an up-to-date portrait of Mona Lisa using the body images of current internet and pop culture stars along with an au courant landscape in watercolors. The year will probably culminate in an Impressionist still life based on the work of Vincent Van Gogh. There will be a slide review before each session to update the new-comers! 7275964331.0

In addition to structured class and craft time there is daily free play and outdoor time, weather permitting. Campers aged 11-12 visit TAC daily, for project-based classes inspired by their weekly field trip to a current textile related exhibition in New York.
