Are you ready to live like a Greek God? Well, maybe not quite THAT great, but we WILL be experiencing how the Ancient Greeks lived, in the spirit of the Percy Jackson books! Camp participants (DemiGods) will create maps, Wear Greek clothing, play capture the flag - Greek style, write names in ancient Greek, make banners recognizing their own unique abilities, eat the food of the Gods of Olympus, and battle it out to the death with hand made Greek weapons! Great Escape is partnering with Pleasant Hill Parks & Recreation to host a week long bowling camp. Attendees will be divided into age groups to learn fundamentals such as approach, delivery, hand position, release, spot bowling, and spare conversions. Certified bowling instructors will be instructing the camp. Graham Regional Theatre is excited to hold their first ever summer camp for aspiring actors! Classes and rehearsals will be at The Perry (521 Elm Street) where we will work on singing, dancing, and staging for our musical, Seussical, Jr.! All roles will be played by campers ages 18 and under. Included in the cost of camp is: Theatre, vocal, and movement instruction by theatre professionals and GRT veteran performers. Come dressed to impress in your best Holiday Ugly Sweater and be ready to start the night with a Christmas Light Tour from Showcase Limousine Service! Keelboat Adventures is a perfect fit for those kids who want to learn to sail on bigger boats. Our 23 foot Sonar will take these students all over Fishers Island Sound. A NESS instructor will be onboard while students learn how to work as a team to get this boat cruising.
