Survivors Supporting Survivors TEEN SUPPORT GROUP This group is designed to offer an opportunity for the teens to talk about the struggles of a cancer diagnosis without becoming a counseling group. We set the table in a variety of way to help the healing process happen much faster. We guide them in real life challenges and allow them to discuss and support each other in ways you don’t see in normal life. Come prepared for an outdoor farm experience: dress weather-appropriate! It's gonna be jammed packed with exercises on great communication, problem solving skills and fun team building moments that bond these teens together. Soccer (Grades 3-5) (PM) - MA Upper School Soccer Fields
This camp will emphasize basic skills, playing as a team, and sportsmanship. Instruction will focus on the fundamentals of soccer in a setting of encouragement and confidence building. Drills to improve skills will be added and games will focus on team play and scrimmages will be held to demonstrate tactical understanding. All participants need a soccer ball, shin guards, soccer shoes, a water bottle, a snack and sunscreen. 3D Art Exploration - Villa Academy
Come join Molly Bocian to the messy world of 3D art! The students will be exploring paper mache and clay techniques over the course of the week. Ceramics techniques will be taught each day, and large paper mache sculptures will be crafted throughout the week, painted and ready to take home on the last day of camp. Players will be divided up into two main groups by age and will focus on the basic fundamentals of the game. Players will be coached by former high school coaches, college and high school players and each group in the camp will be supervised by an adult coach. Players must bring their own equipment. Full equipment required: helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, mouth guard and a stick. Bring a peanut free snack and refillable water bottle.
