Bozeman Aerial Fitness presents Kids Circus Camp! Circus Camp participants will work through aerial exercises that build strength, muscle awareness and balance.We create noncompetitive environment that teaches confidence and the joy of fitness through aerial arts. We provide a safe and structured introduction to aerial equipment including the aerial hoop, aerial silks,and the aerial hammock and basic tumbling. Campers will work on yoga games specifically designed for children, aerial class and an integrated art project. This fun-filled Monday-Friday camp is designed for your child to take part in eleven weeks of recreational activities, swimming, field trips and more. Camp is held out of the Meineke Recreation Center, 220 East Weathersfield Way. Extended care is also offered for an additional fee. Campers are asked to bring a sack lunch and suit everyday, unless specified. Parents will receive a detailed camp calendar prior to the start of camp. Grades 5-12 (Day Camp) Check-in will be from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Monday morning in the Bernice Hansen Athletic Center. Parents are welcome to attend the training sessions and observe. A medical release form has been enclosed and the registration process will move along much more quickly if this form is filled out (or mailed in) prior to checking in. We will begin camp at 9:00 AM throughout the week and end around 4:00 PM. Camp will conclude on Thursday with a tournament all day and an awards ceremony following at 3:00 PM. I encourage all parents to attend the ceremony and celebrate the weeks accomplishments with the campers and coaching staff. 616-254-1671
