Teen Script Writing & Directing Camp - Seattle, WA
This summer camp is for teens 13 - 17, who want to learn how to create a production ready short script. Students will be paired in groups of two and will work collaboratively in creating a shootable three to five page script. Students who participate in TheFilmSchool Camp will receive guaranteed admission into the SIFF Teen Production Camp (separate registration and fee through SIFF Education). Scripts from the TheFilmSchool Camp will be chosen for production in the SIFF Teen Production Camp and will be shot at Seattle Center. Date: August 15 - August 19. KidZone Winter Break Camp - Vail, CO
Keep your kids busy and happy during Winter Break! The Vail Recreation District's Winter Break Camp provides children 5 - 12 and grades K - 5 with a variety of fun activities and winter outings. The camp is based out of the Red Sandstone Elementary School gymnasium in Vail. The cost is $40 if registered by December 14th or $45 if registered after December 14th. 40 Years of Camp Goddard - Reunion (SouthMac) - Sulphur, OK
This is a TENTATIVE event page to see who would be interested in heading to Goddard Youth Camp for a weekend in June 2016. Please invite everyone that you know who has attended "Camp Goddard" through South MacArthur Church of Christ to like this event and the Facebook page. This Reunion will be open to all ages and families are encouraged to come together! There is enough cabin space for 210 people. Cabin spaces will be available in groups of 10 on a first come, first served basis. Restrictions: Older couples or those with major medical issues will be given cabin preference if they would prefer not to sleep in tents/RV's. Camping with tents/RV's will be a slightly cheaper option than cabins because we may be expecting more than 210 people. Maker Station-Fine Arts - Amador Elementary School
MAKER STATION Come build with us this summer! Your child will be working with a variety of materials in a STEAM maker station. Students will create their own science or art projects. They will also deconstruct items and study reverse engineering to examine how things work. Our station includes beginning snap circuits, Brackitz bionic blocks, and an introduction to coding when we build mazes for our very own Bee-Bot robot. As an added bonus in the station, we also have GoldieBlox kits to encourage more girls to get excited about building. The Maker Station encourages creativity, exploration, and innovation.
