Do you already know where to go this summer? Well we invite you to join us at ( Sacramento SDA youth) a Final Destination Christian Camp! Spend 4 days with friends, participate in fun contests, evenings by the fire, grow spiritually, and of course maybe meet your other half! Campers ages 15 to 18 try out different sports and learn teamwork and gain independence in diabetes care. The campers stay at Rotary’s Camp Florida, in Brandon and bus to different venues each day. Activities are under the direction of various college coaches or certified instructors and include martial arts, volleyball, soccer, water skiing, golf, basketball, tennis, and softball. Planned night activities include roller skating, bowling, and a night at Tropicana Stadium watching the Devil Rays.

Summer Stretch Yoga Camp: Circus Theme - Marine Park Building
Weekly Theme: Circus Balance like a palm tree, roar like a lion, and stretch like a giraffe in this fun-filled yoga camp! Camp begins with a 40 minute class where students learn new poses and breathing techniques each day on an imaginary yoga adventure. Class ends by relaxing with peaceful music. After class, the excitement continues with yoga stories and games, a break for lunch, and a creative take-home art activity. Art projects are yoga themed and will relate to the poses learned that day. Fun activities throughout the week include parachute games, treasure hunts, outdoor craft time, face painting, and more! Yoga has been shown to improve focus, confidence, and coordination in children. Please bring a snack, lunch, and water. Go Kids Camp - Emerson - Emerson Elementary
This program is devoted to educating youth about the importance of healthy living. Participants learn about nutrition and physical fitness through informational speakers, recreational activities and field trips. Participants must attend the first and last week of the program. Parents of participants are required to attend 3 meetings to educate the family on the program and teaching healthy living at home. First parent meeting is June 1st from 6-7p at Banner Childrens Medical Center. Parents are required to attend the pre-camp meeting to sign health screening waivers and receive the camp calendar. No refunds are given for this program. A medical release form must be completed by a physician for each participant by the end of the first week of the program.
