Pre-register for a 3:00pm audition time for Peninsula Youth Theatres CENTERSTAGE production of "SEUSSICAL." Registration guarantees you a spot in the 3:00pm audition group. You must be age 8-18 or have prior executive director approval. Children must be 8 by 3/17/16 to participate. PLEASE NOTE: TO KEEP YOUR SPOT you must arrive by 2:30pm with your paperwork completed for check in and measurements. If you have not arrived by 2:45pm your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list and you will be moved to the next available audition slot. We cannot guarantee that that will be the next audition group. Session II Volleyball - Cornerstone University
Grades 5-12 (Day Camp) Check-in will be from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Monday morning in the Bernice Hansen Athletic Center. Parents are welcome to attend the training sessions and observe. A medical release form has been enclosed and the registration process will move along much more quickly if this form is filled out (or mailed in) prior to checking in. We will begin camp at 9:00 AM throughout the week and end around 4:00 PM. Camp will conclude on Thursday with a tournament all day and an awards ceremony following at 3:00 PM. I encourage all parents to attend the ceremony and celebrate the weeks accomplishments with the campers and coaching staff. 616-254-1671

**PLEASE NOTE: Grade level refers to rising grade level (the grade your child will enter in the fall of 2015).*** Campers spend three weeks working with a professional writer, who guides them in a number of creative pursuits: discovering new works of literature; creating poems, stories, and nonfiction; practicing the techniques of published authors; sharing work with peers; preparing work for publication; and performing work for an audience. Girls Sports Camp - Leaders-in-Training Program - Germantown Friends School
The Girls Sports Camps Leaders-in-Training Program combines a classic counselor-in-training program (focused on assisting younger campers) with leadership training activities. Under the direction of GFS Physical Education Department Director, Deb Brackett, training sessions will address such questions as, How do you know when to lead and when to follow? What are your emerging strengths as a leader? What makes an activity fun for campers? Are you prepared to handle unexpected situations? Can you take on the responsibility of leading warm-ups, cheers and other activities? Do you know what it takes to become a successful athlete yourself? LIT Program participants will work directly with campers and support both the camp director and the senior counselors in the daily activities of Girls Sports Camp. Get ready for a week of fun, adventure and sports! Go Tigers! ROAR! Swims at the Germantown Cricket Club add to the summertime fun! This camp is open only to GFS students.
