Reconciliation classes begin in early January, First Reconciliation is in February. This is immediately followed by Eucharist classes. First Eucharist is the first weekend in May. Fall Softball Camp - Linton Youth League Sports Complex
We are pleased to announce a one day Fall Softball Camp open to players from 5 years of age to 8th grade. The camp will be held at the Linton Youth Complex on Saturday September 5th. This camp will be conducted by The Indiana Tribe coaches and staff and is open to everyone regardless of skill level and where a player lives. Players will be divided into age groups and we will focus on fundamental softball skills, game knowledge, and we will have fun doing it. Cost is $10/player and will include a lunch of a hot dog, chips and a drink. Players will be divided up in the afternoon for games and skills competitions. Camp times are from 9am-3pm. A separate instructional pitching time will be available from 4-6pm. Cost for the pitching clinic will be $5/player if you attended the camp or $10/player if the player is only attending the pitching clinic. We will focus on beginning pitching mechanics and drills. Ages 7 years to 8th grade are welcome. Registration is available the day of the event, but you are encouraged to pre-register via our Facebook Event post or by calling or texting Greg Elliott at 812.798.0174.

All Pack Event. Enjoy the wonderful Oregon Coast while working on your rank advancement and our Summertime Pack Award. Exact timing is TBD, but the dates are reserved. I have reserved 30 scout and 10 adults slots. We have time to adjust, but the sooner we get this nailed down the better. I will have a sign up sheet for the next Pack/Den Meeting next Thursday for all those interested in going. There is a fee for this $243/Scout and $115/Adult. We do get a free adult admission for every 6 Scouts that go. At the next Committee Meeting we will discuss how we want to ration that out, either by need, or reduce everyone's cost equally, etc.
2017 Teen Winter Retreat - Jackson, OH
Registration for the retreat will be held on Saturday, January 28, from 3– 4 p.m. and will dismiss at 10 a.m. on Sunday, January 29. The Teen Winter Retreat will feature many fun events, activities and programs. You will need to bring your completed health form and activity release form that is signed by your parent/guardian in order to participate. Please bring warm clothes and comfortable shoes as we will probably be taking part in some outdoor activities during the retreat. You will also need to bring your own, bedding, towels and bathroom supplies. Registrations should be submitted by Friday, January 20 to Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp. Come for 1 or 2 weeks! All students will receive their own DAE 8GB flash drive to store their work on and take home! Code your own arcade game and design your own controller that works with it! The first half of this class will involve students coding their own old school arcade style game from scratch. Think something like Spade Invaders, Galaga, Pong and more! Then, well have the students work with Arduino boards and use physical programming to wire their own controller to work with the game. Finally, students will design their very own case for their controller that we will print out using our 3D Printers! Come both physical and digital programming for this interactive class where students will be able to show off their games and controllers to friends and family! **Please note**: We have Arduino UNOs & breadboards for the students to use as their controllers for the duration of the class but they will need to be returned at the end.
