One of the first things parents should do is talk to their kids about the program, its length and the activities. If possible, the child should help decide which camp to attend. Our instructor will start off with 25 minutes in our spin room, where we turn the lights down and the music up. After a short break, we you’ll rotate through challenges in our bootcamp room that will have you working up a sweat. This class is designed to be challenging and fun. Coats for Kids 2015 Campaign
Join us as we collect NEW Coats for Kids and cover the end zone of Joan C. Edwards Football Stadium! We will be collecting coats all through the months of October and November. Drop your NEW coat off today, at the designated Goodwill locations (Virginia Avenue, 9th Avenue, Lavalette, Milton & Barboursville) or at the Marshall home games on 10/24 and 11/14. Donate a NEW coat for the campaign and be entered in a drawing for: 4 chairback seats to the Marshall vs. FIU game on 11/14 & an on-field experience at the game. Take the next step in the Taste of process and add another week long program to reinforce parts of the boat, the sailing lingo, and overall comfort on the water.
