Our instructor will start off with 25 minutes in our spin room, where we turn the lights down and the music up. After a short break, we you’ll rotate through challenges in our bootcamp room that will have you working up a sweat. This class is designed to be challenging and fun. Designed for 13 – 17 year olds of all levels. There are only 16 spots available and they will fill up, please pay and reserve your spot online. Dropping in is not recommended. Join us as we collect NEW Coats for Kids and cover the end zone of Joan C. Edwards Football Stadium! We will be collecting coats all through the months of October and November. Drop your NEW coat off today, at the designated Goodwill locations (Virginia Avenue, 9th Avenue, Lavalette, Milton & Barboursville) or at the Marshall home games on 10/24 and 11/14. Donate a NEW coat for the campaign and be entered in a drawing for: 4 chairback seats to the Marshall vs. FIU game on 11/14 & an on-field experience at the game.
