ACT-OUT! Acting School proudly announces Our Seventh Annual Youth Summer Camp and Production of "Tom & Huck!" The Story of Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn (all roles in "Tom & Huck!" are open, and may be cast to actors of any age 3-18, any race, or any gender). Since 2007, Act-Out! has been providing Bay Ridge & the Greater Brooklyn Area with world-class acting instruction at very affordable prices. We have served students of all ages and levels of experience, from beginners to Broadway veterans. Led by NYS-Certified drama teacher and Award-winning actor John Stillwaggon (see below for brief biography), students learn physical and vocal preparation, improvisation, line memorization, stagecraft, action/obstacle work, as well as character and scene analysis. Students and parents have reported vast improvements not only in acting ability, but in such life skills as conflict resolution, goal-setting, teamwork, discipline, memory, and self-esteem. At the close of the two-week camp (students meet for four hours each weekday), the student ensemble performs a full-length, original theatrical production. Students experience vast growth as artists and as human beings, and lifelong friendships are made. Exploring the Arts Teen Art Camp at Stiletto's Fine Arts Studio . Every day from 9am-1pm. Fee is $150 per child ages 11-16….a $50.00 deposit must be paid in advance to reserve your spot. You must register online at through the online booking center or call 607-239-2676. Balance is due on the first day of camp. Teen will learn to use different mediums from watercolor, acrylic, pastels. Techniques more advanced for older kids. Don’t wait to register because space is limited. Boys Adventure camp has been providing adventure and fun for boys for more than 40 years. Parents say they love Adventure camp because their boys come home having learned Biblical principles they can apply in every day life. Spend one week at adventure Camp and you will leave with new friends, great memories and a closer walk with Jesus. Centered around the conveniences of the Pacific Pines Camp in Crestline in the San Bernardino Mountains campers experience exciting games, great campfires activities each evening, awesome crafts, delicious food, and swimming are available. In addition to the normal camp activities every boy who comes to adventure camp gets to master an adventure skill like Canoeing, Marksmanship (archery and BB guns), or Outdoor Living. This year we are preparing a special Fourth of July celebration to enjoy the birth of our country. With our small group approach to camp ministry Adventure camp also provides a great place for each camper to spend quality time investigating Gods Word and coming to know Jesus Christ and His good news better. Participants will be divided based on age and skill level to maximize learning. On behalf of Coach Bill Dwan, Associate Head Coach of Hopkins and Coach Matt Dwan, Assistant Coach, Loyola, we are excited to partner with the Lambert High School Lacrosse Program to host our 2016 Elite Lax Camp! Due to NCAA Regulations, we are prohibited from advertising current players that will be working at the camp. The Elite Lax Camp features the TOP athletes at each position and ensure a player to coach ratio of 14 to 1 to maximize instruction. Learn from current collegiate players at the TOP of their game!! About Elite Lax Camp: Elite Lacrosse Camp to offer well-rounded lacrosse instruction tailored for all playing levels entwined with important lifes lessons and the significance of education and dedication.
