4-Day Performance Academy Our Performance Camp is designed for the passionate soccer player. The SSA Performance Academy Camp will exposes all participants to the best on and off field soccer training, competitions, and activities to maximize full potentials and prepare each player to dominate their teammates and opponents in their upcoming season. Youth Players (ages 9-13) The SSA Youth Performance Academy will emerge participants in technical, tactical, and functional sessions. Speed, agility, and quickness training. This is our 3rd ANNUAL YOUTH RALLY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED. The Youth Rally is open to all ages. It is once again an overnight event. We need adult volunteers to cook and supervise the cabins. Campers 8 and under are welcome with a parent on site. Lessons begin at 7 pm Friday night. We will be looking at Christianity through the lenses of our favorite campfire songs. Come prepared to do some serious singing. Dinner WILL NOT be served. EAT BEFORE YOU COME ON FRIDAY NIGHT. Snacks will be provided after campfire. Breakfast will be at 8 AM with the first lesson beginning at 9 AM. Lunch will be served at noon. The last activity will be done at 2 PM. Everyone needs to leave by 3 PM.

Designed and directed by Hall of Fame Coach Thaier Mukhtar, the camp welcomes over 600 boys and girls from schools all over the tri-county area every July. Come learn what it takes to be successful in fleet and team racing (the fun and challenging form of sailing as a team sport). Our experienced race coaches will challenge students to perfect their boat handling techniques, with the skipper and crew developing and refining coordination and mutual reliance. Students will work on improving and refining their boat-handling skills and developing together as a two-person team. Students will be challenged to perfect their upwind and downwind sailing techniques and will learn to better use hiking straps, tiller extensions, and sail controls and will develop their spinnaker and trapeze skills. Students will expand their knowledge of wind, weather, and tides, and will work on basic racing techniques and rules. Students will be encouraged to compete in the many local 420 regattas that we tow boats to by water. All students will be under the supervision of our race coaches in class and at local regattas. In addition to fleet racing, coaches will teach the techniques, tactics and rules of team racing through practice drills and a practice-race format.
