CentrKid Camp Meeting - Glen Allen, VA
Eric and I will be getting everyone together in the New Fellowship Hall for one last meeting before we go to camp. We will re-visit each camps departure and return times, money that is needed, packing lists, camp commissioning services, rules and expectations etc. If you have not turned in your paperwork or deposits, this will be your last opportunity to do so. If you still need your paperwork notarized, I will take care of that for you at the meeting. All Chaperones, Parents and Campers are welcome. The CentriKid Camp has four openings if your camper would like to invite their friend. Non Hunton Campers will need to pay the full fee for camp of $336. Please let me know by this Sunday's meeting as I will need to drop these 4 slots by May 1st if we are not going to use them. If you have any questions call/text me at 387-7111.
LSA - The Pathway Youth Camp - Withholdin Nothing - Valyermo, CA
The theme for our camp is “Withholding Nothing” where we will focus on encouraging young people to present their lives as a living sacrifice unto God (Romans 12:1). The preachers who will be ministering at our camp are brother Amado Huizar (SoCal Youth President, UPCI) and Pastor Javier Orozco (Rios de Agua Viva Rialto, UPCI). In addition to worship and the preaching of God's word, there will be breakout sessions to strengthen our young people”s relationship with God and guide them to finding their calling in ministry. Join us for an amazing time in the presence of God. We are expecting great and miraculous things at this camp. BSDK Sum camp wk 9 Full DAY CAMPER - Baseball Stadium at Devon and Kedzie
LPBA is pleased to announce that we have added a third baseball camp to our summer camp program. This exciting new venue will feature two fields at the former Thillens Stadium, now Baseball Stadium at Devon and Kedzie BSDKS two fields will allow us to divide the campers by age and skill level. We will use field #1 for boys and girls ages 5-7 and field #2 for boys and girls ages 8-13. The camp experience includes a daily exercise and agility training routine followed by instructive drills including base running, pitching, defense, bunting, outfield play, infield play, batting practice and other hitting drills. Camps will be held at BSDK 6404 N. Kedzie and will be conducted by LPBAs professional staff. Guest MLB instructors, past and present major league players, coaches and scouts will be on hand throughout the summer to conduct all-inclusive camp sessions. Camper to coach ratio is 7:1. LPBAs summer camp programs run Monday-Thursday from June 8 though August 28, 2015: Half day sessions from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – $175 per week Full day sessions from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – $250 per week Camp registration is on a weekly basis.
