Beat those cabin fever blues and join Madlyne for Kid's Yoga Day Camp this Winter at Embody! WHO: All kids ages 6 to 12! WHEN: December 28th, 29th and 30th (Mon, Tue, Wed) - 2:00pm to 3:30pm WHERE Embody Movement Studio: 115 S. Tower Ave. Centralia, WA WHY: Fun! Relaxation! Play! Strength! Flexibility! Kid friendly yoga poses, stretches and breathing exercises are incorporated with games that teach positive ways to channel and expel excess energy! Your children won't forget this experience and will take-away great stretches and poses to do at home. Kids should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. We will be playing and developing your young artist in these fun filled sessions through play and music. Activities include, but are not limited to: painting, drawing, molding, and jewelry making. All done in our fun Sip-n-doodle style of encouragement and non-judgmental environment. Our trained artists meet each child at their level and cheer them on to bring out their best! Our unique summer program is designed for incoming 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders. We have now added K, and 1st. We provide a fun-filled environment where students can learn the various skills needed to be successful in school and in life. Parents choose two classes for their students to be enrolled in. Classes are Monday-Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Castle Creek.
