Should a Child Bring Money?
All necessities are covered by the camp program. Youth should not need additional money for things like food and over-the-counter medication options. However, some programs do have canteens or bodegas were tough can purchase anything from snacks and toiletries to postcards and magazines.
Parents should always read a camp’s Welcome Guide and call to see if youth should bring any money to camp. For example, the kids might be allowed off camp one day a week to go into town. This is a great chance to see the community and buy ice cream or see a movie. No child wants...

WPC Annual Youth Winter Retreat - Silver Lake, NY
If God threw a party, would everyone be invited? Would You? Well you are all invited to come on the annual Youth Winter Retreat What if Jesus meant something very different by the concepts of heaven, hell and salvation from how we have been taught and understand them? Pastor Larry DeVuyst will lead us to tackle these questions and more as we work through our retreat study from Rob Bell’s book, Love Wins, for Teens. As always there will be fun games, good food, and time with friends. Complete the retreat form found on WPC website youth page and turn it in to my mailbox with a check for $50 by 1/8. We need a count for food, games and supplies so please reserve your spot soon. Pick up the easy to read book from Pastor DeVuyst to read ahead. Don’t let reading the book keep you from attending the retreat. Pastor Larry is looking for appropriate movies where love overcomes adversity. If you have a recommendations please let us know. Kid's Prayer Boot Camp - Prayer Training/Anointing Event
With all that's going on in our Cities, this strategy is to quickly teach our school age children in Euclid and Cleveland, Ohio and other cities how to protect and cover themselves and their schools in prayer! I've prayed over our children for years. Now it's time to anoint them to pray and teach them the power of declaring the blood of Jesus and the power of speaking His Name!! WE ARE RAISING UP PRAYER WARRIORS! This will help counter act the attack that the enemy has launched on our children! The weapons of our warfare are not carnal...! Let's Infiltrate! The Maclean Animal Adoption Center will feature Kid's Summer Camp this summer at the Center. There wil be 6 1-week courses available for children entering grades 1-6. Session 1- Animal Care and Understanding- Grades 1-3 June 27-July 1 Session 2- Animal Care and Understanding- Grades 4-6 July 11-July 15 Session 3- Animals in Our Community- Grades 1-3 July 18-July 22 Session 4- Animals in Our Community- Grades 4-6 July 25-July 29 Session 5- Animals & Art- Grades 1-3 August 1-August 5 Session 6- Animals & Art- Grades 4-6 August 8- August 12 The cost is $225/child. Non-contact rugby is a modified version of the traditional tackle version of the game and is an excellent way to introduce the sport to new or young players. This version of the game focuses on the fundamental skills of rugby which help develop basic motor skills and coordination, while also having a huge emphasis on having fun!
