School Year Kid's Camp: Natural Handcrafting - Nederland, CO
Join Wild Bear Mountain Ecology Center for a day of crafting on the day off from school on November 11th. Kids ages 5-12 will enjoy weaving with natural and recycled materials, and felting with naturally dyed alpaca fleece. Featuring special guest Phylleri Ball of Three Sisters Weaving. Kids will love spending this beautiful Fall day in the mountains of Nederland, outside of Boulder and Denver. In this one-week program, the adventure begins each day with a story book. Campers will focus on the theme of the book and bring it to life through a variety of activities. Double up and sharpen up all of your skills with this 5 day FULL DAY sessions of mini camp. Each day there is a focus on a different skill. Attend all week and you get to work on every aspect of the game of volleyball in a fun and competitive environment. Campers attending this camp will experience different drills from the morning session to the afternoon session. This camp is designed for the beginner as well as intermediate volleyball players. For grades entering 3rd all the way up to 9th. Pizza will be provided in between sessions to all campers. Snacks for sale. Bring a lunch if you wish.
