Students will be active chefs as they measure, roll, stir and taste their creations. With small class sizes and lots of hands-on experience, this cooking class is sure to be loads of fun for all. Chefs learn the importance of safety and clean up in the kitchen after cooking. Its a fun learning experience that builds language acquisition, developmental movement, conceptual understanding, personal expression, social skills, and creative problem solving. We will use our bodies with assistance from our expanding imaginations to move through stories to reinforce verbal literacy through the young childs strong kinesthetic intelligence.
