Yoga helps the student find balance at any age, calming the mind and relaxing the body. This class helps bring active minds into union with active bodies in a non-competitive environment. Kids will learn new poses in a fun and playful way that stretches and strengthens their imaginations as well as their bodies. Mats are provided. Previous yoga experience is not required. Assalamu alaikum future campers. Insha'Allah on Memorial Day weekend we will be hosting our 9th Annual Youth Camp in Big Bear! The campsite is new, and we're sure that each of you will love everything about it. We've got great speakers lined up for the weekend, fun activities, and amazing counselors that are sure to make your experience memorable! Tickets are going to be made available on April 4th at 9 pm. Please note that we have limited spots that usually sell out within a day or two. Registration is $170, and you must be at least 14 & a freshman in high school. Culinary Camp 7/18 - 7/22 - Rockridge BART - (base of the escalators)
This is our Culinary Camp week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips to learn how to cook. Each day we will head to a different kitchen around the Bay Area and learn from a different about daily cooking themes. As always we will experience this while using public transportation to navigate our way. ***Note****: Due to the locations and the variety of different chefs we are working with on this camp week, we must advise that there will be dishes with nuts, gluten, and other possible food allergies. At this time we advise all children with food allergies that this is not the best choice for you. If you do have specific or rare food allergies please feel free to inquire with us and we will check the ingredients. The week will be comprised of the schedule below*. This unique camp is designed for the younger player as well as the older more advanced player. When the boys aren?t too busy learning how to become Jedi Masters or competing in soccer tournaments, they will be forging the creek or creating art projects based on all their favorite books, movies and characters! Think Mine Crafts meet Stars Wars meets Harry Potter at this camp. Every week, boys will get to go swimming and get a special visit from a surprise entertainer. Cavalier Cross Country Camp - Boy Camper - The Miller School
The camp aims to prepare campers to compete in running events from 800-meters through 10,000-meters and cross country. There will be two running activities daily, each will be between 25 minutes and 60 minutes in duration, depending on age and ability. Teams are encouraged to come as a group, and learn to work together. A team is considered 5 or more from the same school, residential camper price is $445. To register as a team you must call/email Todd Morgan to register. We will have expert speakers covering racing, training, and strength strategies. Camp facilities include miles of trains, gym, pool, lake, canoes, etc.. A full-time camp counselor staff includes a certified ATC Trainer, and life guard. Even though temperatures in the mountains remain cooler, we encourage you to bring a fan if you choose. Camp refund cut-off is July 1 (Unless reason from physician). 434-962-8054

Each day is filled with fundamental lacrosse skill progression drills, easy to understand instruction as well as games and competitions. These lacrosse camps offer beginner to intermediate players the opportunity to build a solid foundation. Boys and girls receive positive reinforcement throughout the day to help build proper warm-ups, footwork drills, catching, dodging, agility, passing, cradling, shooting, defense and game strategies.
