Kidokinetics camps provide a fun, healthy week of exercise, games, nutrition and sports activities. A new sport is introduced every day. Later, you will be able to put your new skills into practice through fun, fast paced games. Between the two sport sessions children will have a chance to take a break and have a snack. During this time we will make sports related crafts and read sports and nutrition themed books. Kidokinetics programs follow standards established by the National Association of Sports and Physical Education and FitnessGram.
