All LA Campus and Teen: Back to School Devotional - Irvine, CA
We are excited to invite the whole Alpha Omega Campus Ministry and the Junior and Seniors from the teen ministry to a Back to School Devotional. Beginning at 5:30pm the Campus Ministries will host a campus fair for the Juniors and Seniors to get information about the campuses in which they are interested. At 6:00pm we will start our devotional. We will have a time of worship, hear testimonies, and listen to the word of God being preached. The fair will continue afterwards. Join us for an inspirational time together.

Computer Game Design Camp - Sport Center
Ever wish your kids would do more with the computer than sit and play video games? Specially designed software is used so campers can easily create multimedia computer games and animations.Developing a script or program is done by simply snapping together graphical program blocks much like LEGO bricks or puzzle pieces. Participants will learn how to create computer games with custom background settings, characters, animated movements, sound effects and more. If you are new to our Computer Game Design course, you will get started quickly and if you have previously attended a course, a new game will be introduced so you will get to learn new techniques.Students will receive a USB drive with the software and games they made to take home at the conclusion of camp. Minecraft™ Modding- Ages 9-15 - Goleta Presbyterian Church
(NOT for beginners, must be VERY experienced with Minecraft) For veteran gamers, this camp will explore the dynamic world of Minecraft modding and learn new strategies to assist your survival and creativity. Utilize Redstone to increase creativity, and learn file editing, cyber security, and safe internet browsing techniques. Campers will implement some of the most popular Minecraft mods including Biomes OPlenty, Decocraft, Twilight Forest, Optifine, Pixelmon, as well as mods of the campers choice! This camp will be enhanced with a special multi-player map that will pit teams against each other in a race to the end! All campers ARE REQUIRED to have a Minecraft™ account for this class. With the Mohonk Preserve and Mohonk Mountain House land as the arenas for exploration, Mountainside Adventures allows campers to have fun while hiking to new and exciting destinations each day. Campers will focus on developing their problem-solving skills through exciting team challenges and spend their days creating their own adventures along the trail. Days will be active with quiet time at the end of each day for reflection, be it sitting on a log in the forest or within the recess of a rock crevice.
