Did you know a camper is exposed to more of what the gospel is about in one week at camp than regular church attendance for a whole year. At summer camp 2015, there were 45 first time salvations, 108 re-dedications,87 Holy Spirit baptisms, 29 physical healings, 23 calls to full-time ministry and 72 commitments to discipleship! The impact of camp for campers is eternal! They meet with the God who created them and loves them. There will be 3 fundraisers to help cover the cost of camp. It is possible that through your child's fundraising efforts, they can raise enough to pay for camp in full (approx. $230).

During our week long fitness and baseball camp, we are going to focus on baseball development, speedwork and other fitness fundamentals. We will be working in small groups and going into a lot of detail to really develop and improve the kids' techniques and playing ability. Each body conditioning segment will be dedicated to the improvement of sprint skills, techniques, and the development of power needed to run faster. Playing in a state-of-the-art field house, with four basketball courts, basketball camp at Loyola is designed to improve the fundamental offensive and defensive skills of each player in a fun, yet competitive setting. The camp is geared to improve the skills of the beginning player and the more advanced player. There are four basic goals of the camp: 1. Each camper has an enjoyable experience 2. Each camper loves the game more by the end of the week 3. Each camper improves his/her skills 4. Each camper learns how to continue that improvement after the camp. During the camp day, campers will participate in station sessions with work on fundamentals, 2 camp contests, 2 games, a shooting session, and 1 film or pool session. Loyolas varsity head coach, Josh Davalli, leads these camps. He was an all league player in the Baltimore Catholic League and played Division I basketball at Towson University.
