The best amongst you is the one who learns Quran and teaches it. Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him. MYGB will continue to offer its Quran program with the hope that this program will help our youth bond with the Quran through this experience Inshallah. By the end of each session of MYGB Quran program participants will have developed: *- greater appreciation of the words of Allah; *- better ability to read and recite the Quran; *- better understanding of some of the basic concepts addressed by the verses repeated in the short chapters. The program will also have a memorization component based on the youths abilities and readiness for memorization. All teachers and volunteers have tremendous experience working with youth in this particular field. Groups will be divided by age and then by competency level. Jedi Engineering Young Jedi will explore worlds far, far away and engineering principles right in front of them. Defeat the Empire by designing and refining LEGO X-Wings, R2-units, and settlements on far-flung edges of the galaxy. Imagination and engineering combine to create motorized and architectural projects such as energy catapults, shield generators and defense turrets. The Michigan Coed College Prep Camp includes two full days of instruction conducted in a low-pressure, safe, and fun environment on the University of Michigan campus. You will benefit greatly from this camp if you are interested in trying out as a college cheerleader anywhere across the nation and especially at the University of Michigan. Emphasis will be placed on individual instruction in coed partner stunting as well as tumbling, dance, strength and flexibility. We aim to ensure individualized attention and safety for each camper. It is the intent of the entire University of Michigan Cheer Team Staff to provide each camper with the best possible atmosphere in which to learn and sharpen their cheer skills. The techniques and skills that we will help you develop will give you a big head start over your competitors. Mua Mi Villagers are entering grades 8 and 9 live in tipis —weather permitting. Activities are geared to a more independent community experience. Mua Mi Villagers are active participants in their program planning, which includes advanced outdoor skills, waterfront skills, as well as advanced archery and the climbing wall. SuperSports - Multi-Sport Camp (Grades 5-9) Athletes will play a variety of sports such as flag football, basketball, ultimate Frisbee, soccer, floor hockey, rugby, wiffleball, dodge ball, team handball, and "capture the flag" in a competitive yet encouraging environment. Athletes will improve skills with sport-specific drills and are matched with others of similar ability. A 2 ½ day Super Sport Olympic Games competition with be held starting Wednesday afternoon with prizes and 2017 WW-P Athletic Sport Camp scholarship awards.
