Singing for the Stage and Beyond - The Little Theatre of Alexandria
This class is designed to introduce and strengthen the fundamentals of voice/singing for the adult voice. Students will learn proper breathing placement and projection techniques, as well as technical and interpretive principles. In addition, students will learn to select and prepare songs for their particular voices. Limited to ages 17 and older. INSTRUCTOR BIO: BEVERLEY BENDA, a professional singer by trade, is a classical soprano with The United States Army Band Pershings Own, and Programming NCO and Script Writer for their Public Affairs Office. She has performance and teaching degrees from James Madison University, Eastern Illinois University, and The Eastman School of Music, and has appeared in a variety of musical productions including Brigadoon, Carmen, Carousel, Oklahoma!, Kismet, The Pirates of Penzance, Dialogue of the Carmelites, My Fair Lady, The Music Man, Hollywood Pinafore, Its A Grand Night for Singing, and the first revival of Call Me Mister. A private voice teacher and vocal coach, her class at LTA is the longest-running in the theaters history. She is also on the LTA Board of Governor and is an award-winning costumer. 7036835778 x2

Wakeboarding/Water Skiing WK3 AM - Eckerd College
In this class taught by USA Waterski certified instructors, students can experience the basics of wakeboarding, water skiing, and kneeboarding on Boca Ciega Bay, adjacent to the Eckerd College campus. Participants are encouraged to try all three sports, but instructors let them choose their equipment each time. Your child will love the excitement of these fast and fun watersports! 727-864-8288

Summer Daze Outdoor Adventure Camp - LIFE Community Center
Giant City, Pomona Natural Bridge and Cave-in-Rock are just some of the places we will visit during this week. We will also sneak in a trip to the Chocolate Factory and Dixon Springs State Park. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Make sure your child (grade 1-6) is a part of this awesome summer. Guided by our American Red Cross Certified Staff, this summer promises to be one adventure after the other. Campers should bring a swimsuit and towel, sunscreen and bug spray, a water bottle and lunch everyday. Afternoon snack will be provided. Children should wear clothes that can get dirty and comfortable shoes that they can wear while running and hiking. Camp will run from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Before and after care is available for an additional fee. A weekly newsletter will give parents and campers an idea of what to expect each week. Join us for a summer of adventure, friendship and fun! 2016 Skill Positions Camp - Memorial Stadium
This camp emphasizes development of the basic fundamentals of play – technique – concepts for these specific skill positons: Offense: Quarterback, Wide receiver, Running back, Tight end Defense: Corner, Safety, Linebacker Specialist: Kicker, Punter, Long Snapper The camp includes drills, technique work and 1-on-1 competitions. Campers will be grouped according to age/grade, height, and ability level. REFUND POLICY: Cancellations requested at least seven days prior to the start of camp will be issued a full refund less a $15 non-refundable deposit.
