Campus Life Gives Back: Cadyn's Hope - Mason City, IA
Inflatables, extreme slip'n'slide kickball, music, and pizza. ! Campus Life is excited to kick the year off by giving back!! We're hosting a one of a kind, crazy, never done before benefit for Cadyn Hanson (high school students only). Cadyn is going to be a Sophomore at MCHS. When Cadyn was three he was diagnosed with brain cancer. Unfortunately the cancer has returned. While most of us are taking tests, Cadyn will be fighting for his life- lets show him that he's not fighting alone. Come, bring your love and cash if you have it and help us make it rain for Cadyn. We'll be raffeling off a limo ride, a Reel Skateboard from Subsect Skateshop, a gift card to Cinema West, and more!! You can also pay for your friend to play the grossest club games around! And you won't want to miss the epic rap battle!! Its going to be an unforgettable night! Be sure to stick around for the free pizza and bonfire!!

Survivors Supporting Survivors TEEN SUPPORT GROUP This group is designed to offer an opportunity for the teens to talk about the struggles of a cancer diagnosis without becoming a counseling group. We set the table in a variety of way to help the healing process happen much faster. We guide them in real life challenges and allow them to discuss and support each other in ways you don’t see in normal life. Come prepared for an outdoor farm experience: dress weather-appropriate! It's gonna be jammed packed with exercises on great communication, problem solving skills and fun team building moments that bond these teens together. CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp starts 6 October - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here. The CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $149 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? Do you have a child who is passionate about drawing, painting, crafts and creating? If so, these afternoon session will not disappoint! Each day, campers will learn about an artist and complete an art project. Children will be introduced to basic art vocabulary, exposed to a wide variety of mediums and encouraged to acquire new skills through their art projects. This two week, high-energy camp is for children who love drama and the arts and who are looking to build their creativity, confidence, self-esteem and leadership skills through the performing arts. The two-week camp concludes with ?An Evening of Entertainment" featuring a performance put on by the campers. Participants will learn about the many components of theater production, from costumes and makeup to set design and blocking. This camp meets at the Hickory Lodge, 1115 W.
