Teen Conditioning Camp - Allison Park, PA
Teen Conditioning Camp will get kids (12-16) conditioned and ready to perform at a high level of physical ability for sports, recreation and fun!! Program is developed by Paul J. Stugart,M.S.,NASM-CPT, CF-L1, Master Trainer, Coach and Cheif Inspiration Officer. Your son or daughter will be challenged to improve fitness & function using ropes, bands, body weight, some weights, rowing, running and more. Each class will different and will structured to develop all aspects of conditioning. We will have team challenges, events, climb ropes, traverse on monkey bars and just overall have fun while conditioning the body. Camp Length: 4 OR 12 Week Enrollments MEETS every Monday & Wednesday 3:30pm to 4:30pm (except first week we do 11/2 & 11/4 due to Halloween) $120 for 4 Week Camp $300 for 12 Week Camp (20% Savings!) The Notre Dame Elite ID Camp is designed to provide the top high school players with exceptional training as they prepare for college soccer. Featuring a staff of top college head and assistant coaches, as well as current Notre Dame players, Elite ID players will be exposed to the next level of soccer and will be given the chance to compete in one of the most competitive camp atmospheres in the country.
