So, we have created a class in which students spend each day experiencing a different water activity - Sailing, Fishing, Exploring Marine Life, Kayaking, and a Power Boating Safety introduction are all part of the week! Boot Camp Fitness Class to Support New York Road Runners' (NYRR) Youth
Join us on Sunday, July 10th for a special one-hour Boot Camp Fitness Class to support New York Road Runners' (NYRR) Youth Programs, which serve over 200,000 students annually with free running and fitness experiences. During this special Boot Camp Fitness Class hosted by Michelle Stiglitz, you will sweat your way through a series of various exercise all to support a good cause. The class will be held outdoors in Clove Lakes park. We will meet promptly at 9:00am on the Martling Avenue Bridge (near the Staten Island Zoo parking lot) Please bring a mat or towel and a bottle of water. *All fitness levels are welcome to participate! To sign up for this fun morning of outdoor fitness, a minimum donation of $25 per person is required. Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early. We will start promptly at 9:00 am. After our regular bootcamp, Jack will be hosting a workout for kids 8-12 years old. The workout will be bodyweight strength & cardio exercise, done in the group fitness room. Parents will need to stay on-site, but are encouraged to workout while the kids are in class. Cost is $5/ child.

Yarn Technique Bowl Kid's Summer Art Camp - Delta, CO
