Ultimate 100 CENTRAL Camp - 7th-9th Grade Session - Garfield Park
This is the Ultimate 100 Camp Invite Only event for current 7th, 8th, and 9th Graders. It will be located in the Central. If you are invited from the Central Region you should register here. States that are in this region are Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin,Missouri. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE U100 IN YOUR REGION, YOU MAY SIGN UP FOR THE CAMP AT ANY OTHER LOCATION. It is the only national camp in the USA, where we will rank the top 100 players from the event. In addition, we will choose top athletes from this camp to the U100 Top Prospect Camp and Potentially the NUC All American Game. Explore all that science has to offer! This camp is full STEAM ahead -Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math- designed to inspire future innovators! Terrific Scientific aims to SPARK the excitement of young people, for SCIENCE, in a setting that allows them to explore, question, and experiment with fascinating facts, projects and activities. All lessons are designed to help with the development of scientific process skills such as observing, classifying, comparing, measuring, critical thinking, predicting, hypothesizing, sequencing and experimentation. Materials: A separate fee of $20 is payable to the instructor on the first day of camp. Participants should bring a brown bag lunch, beverage and snack each day. Attire: Wear old/play clothes. SharpeSkills Fitness Summer Camp - Clover Park Open Space
SharpeSkills Fitness Camp is designed for youth of all athletic levels who are looking for a challenge. The program pushes kids past their usual limitations and helps them reach their highest fitness goals. The camp focuses on long distance running, parachute sprinting, hand and eye coordination techniques, agility, and resistance training using the TRX body-weight exercise straps along with the RIP trainer exercise resistance pole, and mixed martial arts training. Please bring a snack, lunch, and water, and wear sunscreen, comfortable clothing, and athletic shoes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION (for Santa Monica Residents only) runs March 2 (6 am) through March 8.
