They will improve their coordination as they work with members of BYUs gymnastics teams and skilled local gymnasts. Participants will also enjoy drills, demonstrations and workouts on BYUs outstanding gymnastics facilities. Senior Morning Camp - Lewis & Clark College
Senior camp is centered on small group instruction in technique, nutrition, and training for specific events. Our coaches go beyond the basics and fundamentals, instructing campers based on their age, experience, and goals. Our coaches are well-versed in the best coaching and training methods and are excited to share that knowledge with our campers. Events include pole vault, shot put, discus, sprints, long jump, high jump, javelin and distance running. Athletes will receive three full days of comprehensive training, technique and drills. Instructor: Leddy Summertime fun begins at Spartan Quest, (formerly known as Sports Camp). This class will run for all 10 weeks of summer school giving your camper a consistent, exciting summer daycamp experience. We will spend the mornings doing fun things on campus like; playing games, flying kites, dodge ball, hide-n-seek, flag football, basketball, video games, etc…. We also will build our own fun when we build things like; bow and arrows from PVC pipe, marshmallow shooters, mini-golf-courses, obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, and anything else we can think of! In the afternoon we continue our fun off campus at places like; Tanganyika, ice skating, roller skating, Lazerquest, Watson Park, mini-golf, All-Star Adventures, Water Center, Bug Lady and many more too numerous to mention.
