Farm Camp is a Cascade Mountain School day program that introduces younger students to the fun and excitement of learning where our food comes from. Come explore a variety of farm activities in Trout Lake, WA. Play in the gardens. Tour a local organic dairy. Learn about animal care. Feed the chickens and cook a meal with farm fresh eggs. Parents are also welcome to join in on these amazing hands-on activities. Day camps for ages 9-12 will be held Monday through Thursday from 1-4 pm each day. Guard Basics - Next Level Gym
Guard Basics is the first of 3 programs under the Guard Development Series. Designed to help athletes develop the skills needed for a guard to be successful, both mentally and physically. Guard Basics will focus on Guard role and responsibilities, ball handling, passing, change of direction, bait and pass, shooting, etc. Each player will understand spacing, handling pressure and attacking the rim. Once players complete this program they will be able to enroll in the second program under the Guard Development Series - Playing the Position. Program consists of 6 - 1 hour sessions. Experience airsoft Heights style! Acres of woods, forts, and airsoft battles: a recipe for a one of a kind camp experience. Each day the boys will be engaged in a different themed airsoft battle/game, while learning team building and leadership skills. At the start of camp the boys will be divided into brigades, these will be their brothers in arms for the remainder of the week. The brigades first challenge will be to take and pass a gun safety course, where the boys will learn how to properly and safely handle an airsoft weapon. After that the fun begins. The boys will be building their own fortifications that they will be defending each day. Battles will include: elimination, capture the flag, lone survivor among others. Each brigade will also compete in airsoft challenge games which include marksmanship, quick draw, target discernment, just to name a few. Throughout the week the boys will likewise learn about some of the greatest battles and military heroes of our time. Cost includes 5,000 rounds of ammunition.
