Southern California Teen Mindfulness Retreat with iBme - Wrightwood, C
Join teachers Enrique Collazo, Chris Crotty, Devon Rath, and iBme mentors as we explore mindfulness in a supportive and fun environment. Our multi-day residential retreats teach participants proven awareness and concentration practices. Through guided mindfulness meditation, small group discussions, and mindful movement, participants learn how to settle a busy mind, direct and sustain attention, investigate emotions and thoughts, cultivate compassion, and communicate with their peers.
SURGE YOUTH CAMP - Mount Vernon, GA
Grades 7th-12th This camp is an overnight camp at Brewton Parker College. Campers will be in small groups with friends and participate in mission projects and team building activities together throughout the week. All ages welcome Ages 6 and older can be drop off. You can choose however many days you would like your child to attend. Discount is given when all 3 days are chosen. We will be painting on an 11 x 14 canvas And making one christmas craft. Please make sure to have your child wear play clothes since we will be painting. Under the watchful eyes of John Pintola and Jeff Eason (certified lifeguards), your child will enjoy water slides, lazy rivers, diving boards, zip lines, paddle boats, kayaking and more. Bring swimsuit, towel, sack lunch, water bottle and SUNSCREEN each day. Fee includes admission to all water parks.
