Camp Constitution's Annual Family Summer Camp - Rindge, NH
Dear Friends, Campers, Staff, and All, Camp season is coming! We’ve secured Toah Nipi in the beautiful woods of Rindge, New Hampshire, for Sunday, July 10 – Sunday, July 17, 2016. Back for her third year, Mrs. Kris Anne Hall, a vigorous young mother will again be teaching about heroic men and women from our countryʼs founding, and the documents of freedom leading up to it. There will be a whole line-up of speakers and teachers, with more to be announced. Other returning instructors or mentors include with Mr. Peik,Mr. Shurtleff, Mr. Hoderny, Mr. “V,” and me. Mr. Peik will again lead Campfires, the Round Robin for Student Input and Q & A, and weʼll even find time for a final exam to help you see your progress! Family Camp is growing! We will again conduct the Junior Patriot Camp Program, making for a truly great family vacation! We welcome families with younger children, or no children, plus grandparents, and others (See worksheet for family accommodations.) We always have a wonderful group of young people and it is so good to see them interacting well with the little ones, with each other, with the grown ups, and even with us ancient ones! There’s the big historical field trip to the John Adams homestead...

Registration at 5 pm on September 16 Service will begin at 7 on Friday and Saturday nights. Day time activities on Saturday and service Sunday morning at 10. Supper will be served Friday night. Breakfast Lunch and Supper will be Served on Saturday and Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday. We encourage all ages to come be a part of this Holy Ghost Camp Meeting.

RBTC Summer Camp Week 9 8/1-8/5 - Half Day (AM) - Rose Bowl Tennis Center
Enjoy a week of summer tennis camp at our Rose Bowl location. This camp is designed for kids age 10 & under at beginning & intermediate and levels. Half day morning session features tennis drills, technique & games. All meals provided during Thursday overnight experience. Adventure Academy summer camp is open to children ages 7-14. This is Washingtons premier Football Skills Camp --Check in 8:00 am Last year we had OVER 300 registered campers from Seattle, Oregon, and California! We brought in NFL Pros from the Saints, Seahawks, Steelers, Jaguars, Buccaneers, Eagles, and More to coach the campers. 7 on 7s, 1 on 1s, Position Specific Drills, and more. Parents and families are welcome, but not required to stay and watch their child perform. There will be competitions and entertainment available if you choose to stay. Latin and Greek Cognates - Morgan Park Academy
It is estimated that 60% of the terminology college students will face come from words formed from ancient Greek and Latin affixes and root words. Knowing how to break down a word which has been formed from Greek or Latin can help a student not only build a working vocabulary, but also help a student construct a basic meaning for a new or unfamiliar word. Students who learn this skill see their vocabularies grow and their anxiety lessen. As students who enter college are faced with not only increased amounts of reading, but also increased difficulty in those readings, having the skill to navigate these readings, assignments, and exams makes academic success much more easily attainable. Our summer class will investigate and analyze Greek and Latin cognates so that students may increase their vocabulary and learn how to decode an unfamiliar word, providing a vital foundation for testing, reading, and writing confronted in upper school and university academic life. 773-881-6700
Sports Camp week 6- Lacrosse - Orchard Park Recreation
During the first hour of lacrosse camp, children will focus on the fundamental skills necessary to excel in the sport of lacrosse including cradling, passing, shooting and defense. Agility and hand eye coordination will also be emphasized. During the second hour, children will be able to eat a healthy snack and then participate in a series of cooperative games that will enhance their capabilities of being a good teammate and showing good sportsmanship The third hour of lacrosse camp will focus on learning the rules of the game (rules for boys and girls will be explained separately) and playing modified games of lacrosse. As the skills of each child advances over the course of the week, the third hour will consist of more realistic game like situations. Equipment will be provided. New This Year!
