Join us for a dance and vocal intensive that will increase your knowledge in and love of all things Broadway. Past workshops featured modern Broadway hits from shows such as Matilda, Shrek, Dogfight, Sweet Charity, 13 the Musical, American Idiot and many more! This is the third year that our girl has spent the full two weeks at Piomingo. The big difference is that this year she is going back as a counselor in training. We're very excited that she was given the opportunity to step up in a leadership position. While some of these programs do provide valuable advice, most of them are filled with poor choices that, if followed, will get you injured or killed in a real emergency. Without proper training, separating the fact from fiction can be a difficult task. Our primary focus this week is to teach participants the practical skills that will save them in a true emergency. While a number of Traditional Skills will be introduced, our goal this week is to provide participants with a pragmatic skill set. For instance, spending five hours building a lean-to when it gets dark in 20 minutes is not a practical choice. Trying to build a bow-drill fire kit from scratch without a knife and without properly seasoned wood in the damp environment of the Pacific Northwest is rarely practical. Although those types of skills will be demonstrated, we will challenge you to perfect the basics first – like carrying a small fire steel and a couple of cotton balls...

Kid's Fit Camp - West Deptford, NJ
Kid's Fit Camp A three week kids fitness program for kids ages 6 - 13. Sign your children up for this fun and educational fitness program. They will engage in physical activity while learning all about fitness and the importance of nutrition. Each day will incorporate both informational instruction and practical application and will hopefully spark your child’s interest in a healthy lifestyle. Parents can drop their kids off while they run errands, workout, or enjoy a class. Please drop your child off by 9:15 in our lobby. Monday through Friday, August 10th through August 28th from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Prices: Three Weeks - $70 Member, $80 Non-Member; One Week: $25 Member, $35 Non-Member; Daily: $6 Member, $10 Non-Member

Weymouth Youth Track Club Summer 2016 - Weymouth High School
Weymouth Youth Track Club will provide a safe, fun, and exciting experience for both beginners and returners to the sport of track and field. In addition to 8 practices during the summer where young people will learn the techniques, skills, and proper form of running, jumping, hurdling, and throwing, kids will experience 4 track meets to apply what theyve been learning and compete within their age group. In our 10th year, we continue to provide a knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff of coaches and high school volunteers to give our campers, ages 5-14, the very best experience. 6172911124.0

In this class students will have the opportunity to create a world of their own! Students will have fun creating pen and ink illustrations of characters (and the worlds they live in) from their imagination.
