Girls entering Grade 6 in Fall 2016 - Huddart Park
Campers entering grade 6 are grouped in units with girls of their own age/grade and are supervised by trained staff members and program aides. Campers participate in a wide variety of activities including earning badges, hiking, outdoor cooking, learning outdoor skills, crafts, games, singing and more. Girls entering grade 6 in Fall 2016 will be going horseback riding one day during the first week of camp (additional waiver form required for this activity). Girls are will spend the night at camp on Wednesday, July 27th with their unit. Actors Workshop - The Philadelphia School
The Actors Workshop Club is geared toward 5th-8th grade students who love to act/perform and want to learn more about how to create theatrical productions. Taught by Philadelphia actor and performing artist, Katie Croyle, for the past three years, Actors Workshop explores performance techniques and methods, including: improvisation, vocal exercises, physical movement (and dance), script study/scene work, and self-created work.
