Youth Climate Action Camp w/ Our Children's Trust - Ashland, OR
Our Children's Trust, Rogue Climate, the Geos Institute, and Trail Treckers are coming together to host a one day training for youth and their parents on how to become effective advocates for a stable climate. Elementary through high school students from around the Rogue Valley are welcome! Suggested ages are 9-18. Bring a sack lunch, and we will provide snacks! Week 4: Drama Program - The MacDuffie School
Enjoy the spotlight, love singing and dancing, or do you just want to be a little silly and have fun? The drama program is for you! This summer, the drama program returns crazier than ever and will be overflowing with things to do for kids of all ages and interests. Each day will consist of various theater games and activities that enhance acting ability, diction, improvisational skills, spatial awareness and movement, singing, show tunes appreciation, backstage expertise, and most importantly confidence on and off the stage. These activities will be coupled with rehearsals for a short play that will culminate with a performance on Friday afternoon for fellow camp-goers, family, and friends. Teen Voyager Camp - Bock Recreation Center
Get geared up and ready to travel this summer! Each day, camp will field trip to various places throughout the suburbs such as to museums, parks, swimming pools, baseball games and more. During this general interest camp, campers will participate in a wide range of activities from bowling and roller skating to kick ball and candy making. Campers must bring a sack lunch each day. Apr 2016 Teen Clinic - GIRLS ONLY (Thu 5-6) - Eastlake Country Club
Series of four, 1-hour lessons for $140. Our teen clinics go beyond the basics of the golf swing. Emphasis is on the scoring part of the game: putting, chipping and pitching as well as full swing. Video analysis may be used to improve the swing. Rules and etiquette are also strongly emphasized. Intended for teens ages 13-17 (Minimum 4 students). PLEASE NOTE: There is a $3.95 non-refundable fee for registering online. If you would like to avoid this fee and pay with cash, check or credit card on the first day of the clinic, please email to register your child.
