Water is an important resource for life and fun on a hot summer day! We will go on adventures to find the FUN in water, and will learn a lot in the process. We will go into the Santa Fe watershed to learn first hand where our water comes from and where it goes. We will hunt for aquatic macro-invertebrates (a new, big word!). We will talk about how and why to conserve water, and get some first hand experience with the power of water at Bandelier National Monument. 505-699-6230

Is There a Dress Code?
Different camps have different types of dress codes, which is why parents should read all registration materials and welcome packets in advance. For example, a Christian camp may not want youth to wear two-piece bathing suits or spaghetti strap tank tops whereas a different camp may not care. Most summer programs will ask that youth wear age-appropriate clothing. This means avoiding any t-shirts or clothing items that have offensive or suggestive language or any overtly sexual and violent imagery.
Both the summer program’s mission or specialty and daily schedule and activities will dictate the details of the camp’s dress code....

Children receive instruction in one of the following: fiddle, guitar, banjo, mandolin, harmonica, ukulele, vocals or hand drums. Included are music lessons, a tee shirt decorating arts and craft session, a barbecue chicken dinner, a guest musical concert and a Sunday afternoon concert showcasing the children’s new/renewed accomplishments. Instructors are experienced musicians who give their time and positive energy to ensure that this event continues to enrich the lives of our young people. We will be honing skills in horse direction and control with speed and obstacles, as well as reviewing all horse care and horse anatomy. This camp is for ages 5-14 and is Tuesday through Friday 8a-12pm with a demonstration and barbeque on Friday for family to attend and see what they learned.

Check In & Late Registration: 8:00-9:00 AM at Roadrunner Field. Camp Hours will be from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We will provide lunch around 12:30 PM. Purpose: Provide a camp experience much like a UTSA Baseball practice day. From the stretching routine, to a training session with baseball specific training techniques, to lessons on play catch routine, long toss, infield / outfield play, pitching / catching drill work, bunting and baserunning lectures and drills. We will deliver as much information and drill work in a 1 day session as time will allow. Cost will include: T-Shirt, Lunch and Camp Tuition.
