For rising 7th grade SAA-SDS students only The transition from 6th to 7th grade demands a student be responsible, accountable, independent, and organized. With this session, the student will gain insight of what to expect as he/she moves into Junior High at SAA-SDS. Knowledge of navigating through Haiku, as well as understanding the expectations of each 7th grade teacher, will be presented during this session. Make the transition into Junior High a smooth one by taking advantage of this informative session. Suwannee Spirit Kids Music Camp @ Old Tyme Farm Days - Live Oak, FL
This year SSKMC will have a presence at the Old Tyme Farm Days! Some of our wonderful teachers will be holding workshops throughout the event. This is a two day, family friendly event in our favorite place, Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park! Old Tyme Farm Days began in 1989, celebrating rural American life and heritage, farming activities, old time gospel sing, demonstrations, food vendors, children's activities, music, mule cart rides, gas and steam engines, demonstrations of the way things were done in the old days and much more. *We will be holding workshops on Friday and Saturday with a performance Saturday evening.* Workshop times will be posted soon.

Calling all youth athletes and aspiring athletes!!! Parents, Bring your kids out to this clinic to improve their knowledge and skills in core strength, conditioning, footwork and combat fighting drills. This is a free event that is proposed for kids from second to eighth grade. The instructors of this event are Police Officers who enjoy working with youth on becoming better people and athletes while giving tips to improve their proficiency in any sport. If you are interested in signing your child up for this event please contact one us in a direct message. Again, we want to advise that this event is designed to give workout tips to all athletes!!!! Please be aware that this is a volunteered event and injury may occur. If injury occurs, we encourage parents to contact medical personnel. Camp Surprise - Keyauwee Program Center
Are you a seasoned camper who wants to help weave the magic of camp? Camp Surprise campers will work together to re-create a permanent Terabithia for the camp fairies, spread the camp spirit by planning a themed meal for the week, create a way to pass positive messages around camp, help with an all-camp activity and end the week by performing the Princess No-Name story at campfire. CSI II - Crime Scenes Talk - United Faith Christian Academy
Campers will become advanced forensic scientists for the week! Campers will analyze and gather evidence for a number of fictitious crime scenes, use luminal and UV light to detect the presence of blood, complete a blood splatter analysis, take crime scene photographs, complete a drug and poison analysis. Campers will also gather insects as from our rotting carcass (pork chop) as they discover how CSIs use their entomology skills to determine time of death. Middle School Alive! - Mount Shepherd Retreat Center
"Alivers" will enjoy a fun and challenging combination of both on-site and off-site activities. Campers will be involved in on-site activities such as the group challenge course, swimming, crafts, hiking, campfires, talent shows, enjoy a group campout and cookout, play games, prepare skits for the weekly talent show, participate in devotions and help lead worship services. Other activities include high ropes, GaGa ball, and more. Off-site, campers may canoe on Lake Reese (about 10 miles from Mount Shepherd) and/or hike on Ridge Mountain (about seven miles from Mount Shepherd). 336-629-4085

CLAY ART CAMP: SEA WORLD - Ben Robertson Community Center
Join us for a fun week of imagination and creative travels to sea world! Campers will create a star fish bowl and unique wall art using multiple pottery techniques including coil, pinch and slab methods. Explore a new media and create one-of-a-kind masterpieces. Campers will get to experience using a pottery wheel on the last day of camp. Materials: A separate fee of $25 is payable to the instructor on the first day of camp for art materials, clay, glazes and kiln supplies. Campers should bring a snack and water each day.
