As winter turns to spring, animals wake up, return home, and build nests. And we can help them by protecting and preserving natural resources. Come and explore different animal habitats—from way up in the treetops to deep underground. Live animal presentations are included! 202-724-8950
Diving Camp Session 4 - Aquatic Center
We will be offering diving class to ages 6 to 18 years of age. The only requirement is that you are able to swim 25-yards of the pool and tread water for 1 minute in water over their heads. Basic diving skills and safety will be taught from the side of the pool and on two 1 - meter boards. Each child will progress at their own rate, beginning with essential techniques, while working on strength, flexibility and mechanics. LITTLE BANDS CAMP! Grades 3-12. Campers will learn and perform ?The Eruption of the Great Volcano?, an exciting original musical composed by Josh Grekin. Everyone will learn to play instruments and even write and perform their own songs which we will add to the show! In a Little Bands musical, the characters are all musicians and the actors accompany each other on the instruments as they sing, act and dance.
