Open to Philadelphia Freedom faceoff players first due to field rental. Each Winter Open Faceoff Days will consist of warm ups, presentation and group practice of specific faceoff techniques as well as real time faceoffs. Faceoff techniques will include footwork, stance, hand position, primary move, counter move, GB play, wing play, stick work, and shooting instruction, etc. Individual player observation and instruction will occur throughout. Clinic will conclude with a skill appropriate king of the hill. Our expert, bilingual staff is trained in fine art and in making learning a new language a fun and interactive adventure! María Coutinho of Dragonfly Designs, originally from Mexico City, has worked as a freelance photographer and designer after receiving a degree in Visual Arts from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla. She has assisted renowned Mexican photographers all around the world and spends her free time as a singer/songwriter.
