The chest is protected by a passcode that can only be determined through the activities within the lesson. Adventure Day Camp (Aug 8-12, Grades K-5) - Medinah Park District
Experienced staff will provide new and exciting adventures each day! Campers will participate in activities including group games, crafts, songs, nature hikes, sports, swimming and weekly field trips. Each week will be a different theme, with activities and entertainers. Every camper will receive a camp shirt. Please make sure to note shirt size on registration form. Please dress appropriately for camp. Tennis shoes required; no sandals. During inclement weather, camp will be held indoors. Bring a sack lunch and drink every day. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Every camper will receive a camp shirt. Please make sure to note shirt size on registration form. Extra shirts are available for an additional fee. Our counselor to camper ratio is 10:1. Position Camp - Memorial Coliseum
This one-day intense camp is designed for fundamental skill development at the position of your choice. Players can sign up as a libero, outside attacker, middle attacker, or setter. Players will get the opportunity to work on the offensive & defensive portions of their position, and fine-tune their skills before the upcoming fall seasons! On your registration, be sure and denote which position you would like to focus on. All groups will receive maximum repetitions through drill work and competitions. Different positions will train separately and combined at different points throughout the day, allowing the campers to be challenged and improve in as many situations as possible. 859-257-2532
Outdoor Painting Adventure - Main Campus
Enjoy learning how to paint outside, En Plein Air, with Harding Middle School Art teacher Amanda Penecale. We will learn how to prepare our materials, take field notes, and paint on location. The camp includes a nice field sketchbook. Campers will create studies with colored pencils in their sketchbooks and then make finished paintings using opaque watercolors.
