Constitution Boot Camp XXIII - Milford, OH
We are scheduling our Twenty-Second Constitution Boot Camp for Saturday, March 12th. The cost of the class will be a $20 donation per person with book set. If you have more than one coming from the same family and only want one set of books, it will be a $5 donation for each additional person. For those who have already taken the class and would like a refresher, you can take it again for a $5 donation. Lunch is provided for all. Seats are limited, so sign up today ! Summer Language Camp: Week 2 - Lyman Campus
SUMMER LANGUAGE CAMP: Ages: Girls and Boys Entering Grades 3 - 6 Dates: June 27-July 1 and August 1-5 Time: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm Format: Two, one week sessions Location: Laurels Lyman Campus in Shaker Heights Tuition: $400/session This camp is designed to introduce students to modern languages while they experience summer fun including cooking, sports, arts, sightseeing and ﬁeld trips throughout the city – in the target language. Your child will be immersed in language, culture and pure fun in this camp led by Laurel World Languages faculty and counselors who are ﬂuent in the language. Languages are oﬀered in an immersion setting to give campers the foundation they need to enter a language class at their grade level. While cooking tapas, crepes or egg rolls, our students spontaneously use their target language to request ﬂavors, colors, and what they like and dont like. Summer campers have such a blast they often forget that they are experiencing it in another language! Camp Jr. Space Astronomer is designed for campers ages 6-8. Activities and experiments explore air and space travel, the Earth-Moon-Sun relationships, stars and galaxies. Join us for a week of building, twisting, folding, slipping and scoring as you explore different sculptural techniques! In this 3-dimensional art workshop you will be exposed to a variety of materials such as wood, wire, paper mache, and clay. Youll experiment with and learn ways to successfully work with these materials as you create your own unique sculptural creations. 09th 2016 Camp Buckaroo FALL BREAK 3 Day Camp - Blue Point Stables
This Camp is a 3 (Three) Day Buckaroo Fall Break Day Camp. Camp begins each day at 9:00 EST and ends at 4:00 pm in the afternoon. Campers will be assigned a horse to ride and to care for. In the larger enrollment classes, campers share assigned horses. Activities that the campers will be involved with are... Riding Lessons (generally twice a day, weather permitting) Grooming, Stall Care & Management, Equine Characteristics, Arts and Crafts and Horse Husbandry including some Horse Health and Welfare. Plus, making friends or renewing relationships with new and returning campers alike. Campers have the option to purchase and challenge the test for a CHA riding level. Campers receive the appropriate CHA Riding Level Book. Successful campers are awarded the appropriate Certificate, Patch and Pin. Campers falling below the testing standards are allowed to retest once for no additional charge. Day campers will need to bring appropriate clothing for each day, to include layered warm clothing on cool or cold days and rain gear when needed, as well as, their lunches, snacks and drinks for each day.
