Teen/Adult Leadership Camp - Grantham, NH
This fun filled camp is intense and filled with training that is unique to this event. Learn knife and star throwing, Krav Maga, Combat Weapons, Team Sparring, ATA Xtreme, Team Building Drills and a lot more. We finish the training on Saturday night with a huge bonfire and smores! It is guaranteed to be one of the best events of the year and is open to ages 12 and above. Cost: $249 for 1st familymember, $199 for 2nd + (cost covers food and lodging)
2nd Annual "Kids to Camp" Spaghetti Dinner
Please come support the 5th grade students of the Laurel Highlands School District. All proceeds will go to defer the cost for LH Outdoor School for each student! Tickets are $8 and can be purchased through a fifth grade student, individual elementary schools, or by commenting on this event!

This camp is a trip and travel camp based out of Southern Oregon. Rappelling, White Water Rafting, Leadership, Firearms Safety Training, Trap Shooting, Basic Hunter Ed, Bow Hunting, Nature Photography, Backpacking, Friction Fire, Fishing, Fly-tying, Hiking, Backcountry Cooking, Horsemanship, Archery, Advanced Scout Training including Wilderness Skills and so much more. This year, we mark 40 years of encouraging, educating and strengthening families. To celebrate, we're helping send kids to camp with camperships of up to $400 for kids whose families cannot afford such an expense. 100% of your donation goes directly to a kid's camp tuition. Donate through the “Donate Now” heart on our main page, or form a team to help raise funds for camperships. It really is the power of community that builds healthy kids. ELEMENTS OF ART (2 Hours) TUES 4:30-6:30 - Loudoun Arts Center
Students will be introduced to specific drawing fundamentals and techniques including line drawing, value, shape, pattern, texture, shading, perspective and composition. This class will introduce different perspectives inspired from nature, still-life, photographs and the students own imagination. Students will explore among different mediums such as graphite, ink, charcoal, chalk graphic markers, conté crayons, colored pencils, and much more. 703-444-5888
Frog Guts: Adventures in Biology - Penn State Erie, The Behrend College
Adventures in Biology is a five day journey with discovery hands-on labs including frog anatomy and dissection, owl pellet exploration and earthworm anatomy and dissection. Participants will explore fascinating concepts in biology such as homeostasis (how organisms react with their environment to maintain life); photosynthesis (turning sunlight into energy); cellular respiration; and the properties of water, water quality and its importance to supporting and sustaining life. 814-898-6871

Want to continue your new found skill? Our instructor will work with you on increasing your level of skill while spending more time working on your technique and increasing your shooting distance. We will also introduce different types of bows and equipment. All basic archery equipment will be provided. You must have completed a Camden Beginning Archery Camp prior to registration for this activity. Please bring a water bottle and snack each day.
