LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Middle School Alive! - Mount Shepherd Retreat Center
"Alivers" will enjoy a fun and challenging combination of both on-site and off-site activities. Campers will be involved in on-site activities such as the group challenge course, swimming, crafts, hiking, campfires, talent shows, enjoy a group campout and cookout, play games, prepare skits for the weekly talent show, participate in devotions and help lead worship services. Other activities include high ropes, GaGa ball, and more. Off-site, campers may canoe on Lake Reese (about 10 miles from Mount Shepherd) and/or hike on Ridge Mountain (about seven miles from Mount Shepherd). 336-629-4085

Kid's Day Camp - Cambridge, OH

The Kid’s Day Camp at Deerassic costs $50 for the 3 day camp, July 12th-14th from 9am-4pm each day with lunch provided. Activities include canoeing, riflery, archery, fishing, creeking, crafts, and field games. November Teen Service Day
Teens (13 and up) are invited to join us. We will be seriving in the storehouse with World Vision in the Bronx. We have done cool stuff with them before and I'm looking forward to serving with them again. We will have a short devotion and grab lunch as well.

Crash Winter Retreat - "The Key"
On Thursday, December 31st the Crash is headed to Rock Lake Christian Assembly for a Winter Retreat. We will be returning on January 2nd. Your student is not going to want to miss this. The cost is going to be $60 and this covers transportation, lodging and all there food. We are going to be studying through the book of Ephesians this weekend in a very powerful way. Jr. Boiler Golf Week II 6-12 - Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex
The Jr. Boiler Golf Week is a four day camp that features golf instruction from the Professional Staff at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex. SAT Prep May - Burk 8
The SAT Prep Class at Loyola Blakefield is an intensive four-evening class that covers the Math, English, and Writing sections of the SAT. The class runs the Monday though Thursday before each SAT test and covers two days of math and two days of English/Writing. Topics include coverage of basic SAT curriculum, test taking strategies, and the completion of SAT test questions. The class runs evenings from 7 – 9:30 pm. Cost is $175. Class size is limited to twenty- five students per session. The math portion of the SAT Prep Class is taught by Mr. Jose Albornoz. Mr. Albornoz has been a mathematics teacher at Loyola Blakefield for the past thirty years. He has taught all levels of mathematics from 7th grade pre-algebra through Advanced Placement Calculus. 2015 -2016 will be his 31st year at Blakefield and his 7th teaching the SAT Prep Class. The English portion of the SAT Prep Class is taught by Ms. Kelly Christ. With a BS in English and Secondary Education from Towson University and an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Goucher College, Ms. Christ is entering her 16th year of teaching. Camp Brainy Bunch: Creative Writing - Storytellers Craft oral stories, creative prompts, visual tales, and more in this exciting course of storytelling basics. Camp Hope Volunteer Application - Camp Hope of East TN
If you would like to volunteer at Camp Hope of East TN this summer, please complete this online application. By default, you will be added to the "Waitlist" once your background check has been completed and approved, you will be "Registered" for the session. This system is designed to streamline the volunteer application and screening process. You can apply for as many positions and camp sessions as you like, however, you will be contacted by the camp director, Kraig Otto, upon approval of your background check. You will be able to determine along with Kraig how, where, and when you can serve as a volunteer at Camp Hope. You must be at least 16 years old to use this application system, however, if you are under 18, please contact Krag directly upon completion of the application for further interview.
