TRIPLE A (1 WEEK) This may be the best week youve ever had and is certainly the most popular high school camp EVER! This week fills fast (usually by mid-January) so REGISTER EARLY! This week is designed for high school aged campers: we start later and go longer. The morning has lots of options for early risers and the nights always end around campfires or stars. Sometimes you need to step out of the hectic high school schedule and be reminded. Reminded, that you are surrounded by friends, and a world full of wonder that is greatly loved - by a great God! After Triple A is over, you and your friends will stay on Saturday to begin your second week of adventures. Is your teen always snapping away? Stealing your camera? Obsessed with capturing their surroundings? Foster their creative skills at our TEEN PHOTO CAMP this summer in our Crabapple studio! Students will need a digital camera and a *genuine* desire to learn more about photography. We will offer separate sessions for middle & high schoolers in June and July. We’ll have instruction, shooting practice and fun learning activities each day in an artistic, small group environment. Each student will need to bring their digital camera, a snack, water bottle & lunch each day. All other materials will be provided, including class notes & supplies. The camp will cover the following topics : - Photographer’s Tool Kit - Essentials of Exposure (Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO) - Camera Settings - Composition - Photography & Social Media - Lighting, Landscapes & People - Careers in Photography At the end of camp, we will have an open house showcasing our student's best work in the studio. Camp fee is $225 and is required to hold your student's place.

Coach Scott Sullivan will hold practices on Mondays and Thursday beginning at 3:30. Practices will conclude around dusk. The Junior Wildcat promotes skill development for ages 8-13. The emphasis of the camp is to teach the fundamentals of basketball through drills and game play. Specific skills that will be taught are shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and defense. All of the skills and fundamentals taught will be sharpened through drills and put into game play. The coaches and players of Chico State Basketball will be teaching and emphasizing the same skills that are taught at every Chico State practice. All Chico State Basketball Camps provide challenging and exciting basketball instruction to develop the skills of youth basketball players in our community. The AKA All Sports Camp experience is unique in its inclusion of a variety of ice sports. This year AKA is proud to announce another summer featuring the AKA Ice Sports Week - Broomball, Curling, Skating and Hockey (Week 5). Thanks to the help of the USA Broomball Association kids will receive professional instruction and understanding of the sport of Broomball. ***Equipment is necessary - all kids must wear a helmet (hockey, football, bike, etc.) to be on the ice. Featured Fieldtrip - Zero Gravity Indoor Trampoline Park FYI - The actual day camp runs from 9am-4pm though kids are welcome to get dropped off as early as 7am and picked up as late as 6pm.
