My daughter wouldn't miss going to this Lutheran camp!
This Lutheran Bible Camp is one of the oldest summer camps in America. It was founded in 1926, and is my daughter’s favorite camp. She has fun meeting other youth while strengthening her faith. She also enjoys swimming, arts and crafts and singing around the camp fire. We make sure to plan other summer activities around this summer camp time, so she won't have to miss going to camp.

Aspen Trails has a very special show for you and your whole Family on Friday August the 12th with Pato Banton & The Now Generation Band at the beautiful NEW outdoor amphitheater at Aspen Trails located at the base of the Grand Mesa a couple miles outside of Cedarede, Colorado. Come up the hill and chill with every month this summer for GREAT music, food and camping. ALL Youth! On behalf of the District Youth Board, we greet you in the name of Jesus Christ! We pray and hope that you and your youth group are well and blessed. Camp is around the corner and we are excited about it! This year’s theme is “EXCHANGE.” We have felt God tug at our hearts and steer us in this direction with this theme in mind. When the Apostle Paul received his calling from God, he wrote “… for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ” (Philippians 3:8, NKJV). An exchange occurred in his life. He left behind knowledge, position, and commodities to live his life for Christ. Our goal for this year’s youth camp is for young people to understand that in every EXCHANGE, something must be given up in order for something to be gained; and our ultimate goal is to gain Christ.

Greenwing Golf Camp- 2016 Atikwa Golf Club Where: Atikwa Golf Club at Arrowwood Resort Cost: $60 Who: Beginner or experienced golfers- Girls & Boys ages 7-15 When: 8:30-9:30 a.m. or 1-2 p.m. on Mondays starting June 13th- August 1st Schedule: June 13th: The Basics- Grip, aim, posture and ball position. (Meet at driving range) A good setup leads to success as a golfer! June 20th- Irons, divots, and finish. (Meet at the Executive Putting course by the Recreation Building) Good players hit down on the ball to make it go up in the air and finish facing the target. June 27th- Putting. (Meet by the driving range) Putts can make up half or more of a golfers shots. Learn speed and feel on the greens. July 11th- Drivers- Smash it! The Counselors presence at camp is an integral part of the summer camp experience for everyone. Ideally, we are looking for dynamic individuals who share a passion for camp, a love of working and who are seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus. It is important to keep in mind that this job in its simplest form is servant leadership. It is tiring, sometimes trying, and our focus as staff should not be on ourselves but on our campers. As staff of Cathedral Ridge summer camps, we are also representatives of the Episcopal Church in Colorado, and are working in a ministry that many people believe to be incredibly important in our Diocese. While the job of a camp counselor is not for the weary, it can be a very rewarding and enlightening experience. If you love to draw, sculpt, and think outside-the-box, then you may be a designer at heart! Try your hand at both 2-D & 3-D design projects and get a feel for what its like to be a real designer. Campers will: * Design the treehouse of their dreams! Would it be multiple stories tall and look like a mansion or would it be a single story and have a zipline or a hot tub?
