Great camp for learning about nature
This girls-only camp is a favorite camp for my 12 year old daughter. There are a variety of day and week long camps offered; each according to a girl’s age. Girls have lots of choices with this camp. They can choose between camping in a tree house or a tent. They can do one overnight stay or a week long stay. There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep girls interested and learn about nature. Paint the Prairie - Arkansas City, KS
Prairie View Christian Camp and the Sold Out Youth Group will be holding a paintball tournament on September 17th starting at 9 AM for ALL AGES. A gun, a mask, unlimited CO2, 500 rounds of paintballs, LUNCH, and a full day of fun all for only $20! Please come join us!! Anyone who needs a ride to the tournament can meet at the Wellington Free Will Baptist Church at 1219 N. Plum St. in Wellington and we will leave the church at 8 AM.

Swimming 3 - Brigham Young University
Come join coach John Brooks and his staff at the BYU Swimming Camp. Our camp offers four days of training and feedback. You will define your own specific needs as a competitive swimmer, determine personal training guidelines to meet these needs and then develop individual goals to increase your performance potential throughout the year. To help determine these guidelines, you will receive interval training evaluations and coach critiques specific to your needs. Throughout the week you will increase your performance potential through the use of drills, workout sets, time trials, competitions and video sessions. In class, you will discover the theory behind powerful, winning strokes. You will study detailed sequential movements of competitive strokes, learn fundamental competitive techniques, view contemporary training films and receive valuable feedback from the analysis of personal videotapes. In the pool you will undergo extensive drills, workout sets and time trials. You will review your personal videotaping in class to give you insight into your training strengths and weaknesses, helping you increase your competitive edge.
