Dessert Benefit & Silent Auction - Royal Family KIDS Camp #273 - Lewis
On Friday, April 29th, 2016, Royal Family KIDS Camp #273 will be hosting their annual Dessert Benefit & Silent Auction. The event will take place at the Lewiston Community Center (1424 Main Street - Lewiston, ID) from 6pm-9pm. The cost is $5/person, or $20 for a family of 5. This is our biggest fundraising event of the year. Royal Family KIDS Camp is a non-profit week-long summer camp for foster children who have been abused, abandoned, neglected, etc. All of the proceeds from this event go directly to the children we support. Michigan Cru's Fall Getaway 2016 - Angola, IN
As we experience true love–a love that is there in the hard times as well as the good, a love that is there when we’re doing well or when we are failing, a love that will walk with us through healing as well as celebrate our victories–that is when we find true freedom. This kind of love is only found in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. This will be a weekend of finding this kind of love as our speaker, Kevin Butcher, guides us through this topic. Join us for a weekend of fun community and spiritual growth as we head to Angola, Indiana for this year's Fall Getaway! Check is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14th. Acoma Bears A, Full Day - Hopkins Campus
Join Camp Acoma Bears for a summer of action, creation and relaxation in six unique sessions. Local field trips serve as capstones and opportunities for more hands-on learning and adventure. A foundation of Camp Acoma is developing strong relationships with other campers and counselors. Blake faculty and counselors who are caring role models with unique talents lead Camp Acoma. Our counselor-to-student ratio is below 1:8. Dedicated arts and physical education faculty deepen athletic and artistic experiences throughout each session. Please pack a nut-free lunch, afternoon snack and water bottle for your child each day. Refrigerators and microwaves are not available. Camp Acoma Bears takes full advantage of Blakes rolling acres, pool (Hopkins campus only), gymnasium, ice arena (Hopkins campus only) and nearby lakes. Each session offers hours of swimming lessons and water-based activities. A personalized swim assessment guides the instruction of each child and Red Cross Certified lifeguards serve as instructors. New or reluctant swimmers will be guided gently in water adjustment and learn-to-swim exercises. Ice skating in Blakes arena will be offered twice a week (Hopkins campus only). The Digital Arts Experiences Minecraft Build-Off Tournament IS BACK! Participants will have 1 hour to build in creative mode by choosing from a list of 3 categories. Previous tournament choices were "Fortress", "Dragon", "Roller Coaster", "Modern House", and "Space Ship". Similarly, we will give new categories to choose from! We encourage you to bring your own computer as we set up a nice space in our main area to compete with other kids, adding to the social aspect of the game. Junior Retreat - Cortland Bible Camp
A great weekend for kids 8-13 years old, filled with songs, fellowship, fun and Gods word. Come on your own or as a group with youth leaders from your church. Lacey Camp (Outdoor) - EXTENDED Session 3 - 2016 - City of Hanford
Grades: K - 12th Morning drop off at Lacey Park; afternoon pick up at the Hanford Teen Center. This weeks theme "Super Hero Week" Parents, is your child ready to have fun and make new friends this summer? If yes, then bring your child to the coolest hot spot in town. The Lacey Park Day Camp is full of fun activities for children grades K thru 6th. This is an outdoor recreation camp. Campers will learn about the benefits of being physically active; as well as, having a healthy lifestyle in the outdoors. Each week campers will engage in various group games, art projects, participate in a talent show and weekly field trips to the Hanford Teen Center, Hanford Plunge and the local Library. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided. A weekly food menu will be provided at request. If your child has a particular taste, you may consider bringing a sack lunch for your child.
